it could be that the message should be read in reverse. Down to up. I'm assuming that it isn't, just for the sake of simplicity. Otherwise I couldn't be sure if the message was column 1 down, column 2 up, column 3 down, etc (folded). Or even col 1 down, row 10 across, col5 up (spiral). I gotta do this piece by piece. I also have to assume that Kickstart wants people to solve this thing. ;) Of course, that doesn't mean that much.
