re cellphones... hands free is sort of a lesser evil. You do make a good point. But also it is a distraction to have the radion on or up or talking to those actually riding in the vehicle..(yes there have also been accidents due to undue care and attention caused by them as well... one guy I grew up with I later ran into again years after due to a semi hitting my car at the time and he turned out to of become a claims adjuster... So we talked on clueless drivers. Of which that semi driver blonged to the class of)
