I hope your doing ok other than angry at the dude in question. In some places it is actually illegal to drive with a cellphone unless it's hands free. I forget if thats the rule in BC or not. However alot of accidents thease days are due to undue care and attention (they don't flat out say cell phone). I'm glad the wacko didn't follow you, later get out and do something. I've heard radio calls like that. Some people are just nuts.(one call had someone biting another driver on mary hill bipass after an argument... eeek! then they flee'd from the scene).
