... are in a scyscraper that is burning so they flee on the roof. They see a swimming pool near the house that could save them when they jump. The engineer trusts his luck and jumps. He falls into the pool but very close to the edge. But he survives. The physician takes out his calculater - the one he has always with him - and starts calculating the best force and angle. Then he jumps and falls directly in the middle of the pool and survives as well. The mathematician needs the most time. He takes out a pencil and a paper and starts calculating as well. Then he jumps and flies up into the air. Why? sign error
