Just insert "<b></b>" (or similarly empty tags) at any point inside the tags you wish to display ... as in "<<b></b>a href="http://www.spamgift.com/store/commerce.cgi">Wonderful Spam (sound warning)!<<b></b>/a>", which generates "<a href="http://www.spamgift.com/store/commerce.cgi">Wonderful Spam (sound warning)!</a>", which in turn obviously results in "Wonderful Spam (sound warning)!".
