seriously: for the first few days of development, an embryo is neither male nor female. During this stage nipples form. Later, the males develop all the bits one associates with them, but the nipples are left over from when it wasn't sure - the nipples form in case the result is female... and if the baby sucks on the guy enough, he will produce the necessary... kind of icky, but true...
