Dim-Sum is not sushi!
Dim-Sum is a vriety of small dishes- most steamed- some served hot, some cold, traditionally eaten as breakfast or brunch by Chinese and Taiwanese. Koreans and Vietnamese also have variations.
Dishes like:
Hargou: Shrimp in a rice noodle wrapper,
Sticky buns: steamed bread filled with bar-b-q pork, or lotus bean paste or red bean paste (they're sweet).
Szu-mai (shu-my): Shrimp with pork, spices and tofu in a rice noodle jacket.
Steamed rice with pork and suasage, wrapped in lotus leaf.
Sweet and sour chicken, or pork.
Fried tofu with carmelized onions.
Steamed meatballs.
Sesame rice Dumplings.
Now I'm hungry.
