As a chef, I'm a pretty horrible dish-washer. My wife though has managed to add 40-50 (afraid to look) pounds to me since I left the military 3 years ago with her literally chef-quality multi-ethnic foods. I grew up on a ranch in the Mid-West and the only fish I'd had prior to meeting her was either drenched in butter from my military days, or covered in bread crumbs straight from the microwave. Mmmm... Mrs Pauls... If it wasn't for my wife I'd still have that IV stuck in my arm with all nutrients added to the coffee drip. ;) Does this mean that I'm in some heretical sub-geek category now? That'd be kewl! I'd be too geeky to rate geekness! ;)
