I'm not sure what you mean by "cannot be done", though. Basically, a statement without a deterministic factual evaluation (i.e., it does not exist, not just "we can't figure it out") is either undefined (neither conclusively true or conclusively false), or the "truth" of it is strictly a matter of opinion.
