My husband and I have both done internet tech support. Mostly for PCs with requires any number of steps. Worse if they have a network. For a Mac, rebooting solves approx. 90% of all the problems. Can't say the same for PCs. As well, the way the Mac OS is setup, it cuts down on the DFO and ID10T errors significantly. And as for stable - rebooting a Mac will most likely fix the error. Not always so with the PC. And I have found that the IQ of the average Mac user tends to be higher than the average PC user.
