In the case of something like "Was Joe Schmoe justified in killing John Doe?", then no.
The first two examples are questions of fact, in which case truth is always equivalent to fact, regardless of perception. In the 3rd example, there is no fact to identify (since justification is a strictly human construct and therefore can vary from human to human), so "truth" can not be tied to fact and can thereby vary from person to person. |
