We both agree that fact is not based on point of view, right? Then for truth to conform to fact and reality, it must conform with reality (for now I won't debate POV defining reality) which does contain a perspective aspect, and it must also conform with fact, which is independant of perspective. Thus truth cannot be based on point of view.
