I gotta say, the Chief is one hard dude. I mean most places would probably give you a verbal warning on your first offense, a written warning on the second and then boot you out the door on the third offense. But as far as I can tell, he kicked AJ out on the first offense. Don't think I would want to work at CI with that sort of policy although the Chief doesn't seem quite as prone to some whimsical bosses that I've encountered in the past :)
