towards the high-end, at least based on the little bit of looking around I've done. You'll get performance variations of up to 10% depending on what you're using to test, but you're probably not going to be lamenting having bought either processor. That said, The P4 chips seem to have a slight edge over the AMD chips for gaming. And, Intel just released their 2.8Ghz chip, which seems to perform very nicely. Click for review.
