simple idea for me...
there are those that abuse welfare, and that's why something needs to be done, i know at least 3 familys that have had children, while on welfare, knowing full well they couldn't support that child.
this sickens me, to no extreme, it shows a total lack of responsibility.
key example of somebody not fulfilling their role, if you're to be a husband and father, act like one, get a damn job, and don't have kids you can' care for, slacking off of MY paychecks isn't in the gameplan, and the reason that people that NEED welfare, can't get it.
