Oi, holy mixed emotions batman.. by Ubergeek2 2002-10-18 08:15:21
so i open the mail from the insurance company today.

huzzah check in the mail, w00t!

look at the check, it' sfor $202...damages total $1355...

"what is this" i proclaim...

"the amount of $202 has been awarded due to our client being partially at fault, your total has been calculated base on the appraisal value of 1355, times the percent you were at fault, 85 %, for reaseon(s): Failure to yield to right turning vechicle."

WHAT THE FSCK!? how did I fail to yield!? there's TWO LANES, she had her OWN lane, and I had MY own lane! I went into MINE and she went into MY DOOR, how did I NOT YIELD!?

this is bull.

glad i've got 202$, but my car's not getting fixed now, and if i ever see that @$#^#@&% again, i'm going to break her @$#^#%& nose.
