they are big enough. French and Germans are far better at english than e.g. Americans at Spanish, French, German or Mandarin. The Dutch speak better German than vice versa.

Sometimes annoying indeed, but - ever heared the german voice of Harrisson Ford? +Much+ better than the original. same thing with Bruce Willis.
