people with sick animals that themselves didn't get ill... so some might not fully get what that illness can do. However also on the news depending which news feed you get it talked on what happened to people that consumed some contaminated meat or who otherwise contracted the disease.(the results in humans is awful from what I can dimly remember on the news)
