it is only certain types of milk offered. I think 2% primarily is the one but there is one other type I think.

Btw when we get our milk typically the choices we have are:

1% skim
2%
Homogonized
1/2 and 1/2 (aka cream/creamer)

chocolate milk(typically chocolate 2%)

soy milk(vanilla or chocolate)

rice milk (usually just vanilla I think)

also depending on which store you might be able to get organic milk and butter. Oh as for butter we get salted and unsatled in 1/2 lb or 1 lb blocks.(we don't get sticks for the most part like you do in the US)

Sizes for cows milk typically are:

250ml (1cup)
500ml (2 cups)
1L (4 cups.. pint?)
2L (8 cups)
4L (galon I guess)
