but didn't he choose another name for himself upon conversion to that belief system and philosphy? But I'm suprised he didn't renounce his citizenship. Because of that and his taking part in military group that planned on attacking the US, etc yes I think he could be considered a traitor. If he'd given up his citizenship or was in the process of it then no he couldn't be tried on that one thing just for his other activities. With his family hmm wondering if they are claiming some sort of sanity issue plea or something?
