the memo stated men between the ages of 16 and 45... The person in the news article which the government filed a complaint because of was female and probably in her late 20's or early 30's. Then add in maybe I could see it if the people were from that other nation and known to be associated with people involved in bad stuff or from another nation for that matter with same connection. However they are profiling everyone and their dog just because they aren't white or aren't born several generations here. Also add in the known terrorists weren't they on average mid 30's and up in age? So they are discriminating against youth and also against women... and also against people that have nothing to do with countries they just happened to be born in only having known north american all their life. They could theoretically and probably do profile even those born in one of the countries in question when their american or canadian families just are on a trip abroad and have lived in north america all their life and maybe for several generations of their famlies lived here.
