I haven't ever really had ones I had in past take off ... but observance of my neices and others... They tend to go for where they think its quiet and the darkness and little cubbies they can get themselves into make them feel safe. Even though its a rodent its a pregnant one and likely has the instinct to find something safe and cosy... with quiet yet be near food. I'd try any cracks in space in the kitchen around cupboards or in the living room maybe. That is if it was acessable to it when it got loose. If it's preggers and near popping its waddling around and not likley to attempt stairs, or like and shouldn't be too far from where lost(try closet or under a bed if it was around such)
