I don't remember what the acronym stands for, but it's a 5.56mm rifle with an underbarrel 20mm grenade launcher and some weird sighting and tracking electronics. Supposedly, it can extrapolate the positions of objects that've moved behind walls and such, has night vision, and also sets the grenade timers so that they will detonate in-air at a specific range.
