I probably would have a dedicated linux box and a dedicated windows... btw after you do your install if you try to add something later and it doesn't have the library installed it will ask for your disk. Because I know what I commonly needed that way I lauched control center, software, then installs, and searched for "lib" then added what I needed then I searched for "dev" and did the same... but then again I usually compile my own. Which reminds me I need to shuffle some icons.(with rpms they usually go in the right spot though... but some rpms don't work right for me so I compile...)
