I don't know if I have made a mistake or not by Spisefisken 2002-10-14 11:57:14
I had this bottle of Saint Emillion Grand Crû '86 lying about that some wine geek said was over the hill. My friend dropped to get some last minute instruction on how to take proper care of my masters and she brought some food. So I thought we might as well take a chance and drink the bottle to see if it was bad and if it was take a different bottle of course. This wine is divine and unfortunetaly I knew that if I served it for it's original purpose it would have been excellent, but of course waiting for that then it would have gone over the hill. So right now I am jsut drunk and confused whether it was a good thing to drink that bottle or not. It will take a while until I get my hands on something of this quality again.
