As far as they are concerned, the leaders are telling the truth - they have been conditioned that way in a very dualistic manner. The leaders - truth, believe and obey ; everyone else - lies, deception, enemy. They will not believe you when you tell them another truth as that is foreign to their environment. They will not question their beliefs, as that is also foreign to their environment. Only a change within their frame of reference can inspire change, not something from outside.
