form ID-10-T. Yes, my wife acutally used that line on someone. She works Network Abuse at a Tier 1 ISP, and was royaly fed up with a 'client' who refused to sign their C&D when caught spamming. Seems they claimed they weren't violating their TOS, so she said she had to "file a ID-10-T form" with her supervisor.
