We could just carpet bomb the border area, then work our way up. No canadians, no resistance :) Then we can just change Canada's name to "Alaska v2.0" and let whoever wants to live there rebuild as they wish. Next step: Do the same with Mexico, then stuff all of our overcrowded prisons there. They'll use up all the drug supply before it even hits the US. Two birds, one stone. *grin*
