The US Navy is a dry navy. No alcohol beverages allowed. Now... imagine a bunch of drunks without alcohol for 1.5 months. Now, half-way night (half-way through 3 month celebration) occurs) Open up the baggies of bourbon balls. The smell of VERY fermented alcohol wafts through the air of the sub. It draws drunks like flies to s&&t. One ball is enough to knock one drunk for a loop after the alcohol deprivation. No refrigeration or anything. I've heard that it's great for camping trips too. One thing, don't get put off by a sort of skin on top of the ball. It's kinda like an individual baggie for each shot of alcohol. ;)
