Sounds rough. I know mow much you hate your Helldesk, and yes you should be commended for sticking out for so long. On the bright side, if you do lose your job (which I would doubt, based on the fact that you weren't able to present your side - that should come out in some type of investigation I would assume), you may find another job that you're better suited for that doesn't involve said desk. Good luck with whatever happens. \|·Þ
