been doing it for about 6 weeks (3x/wk)... feels GOOD! I gotta be careful and not do many of the things I really enjoy (like basketball) due to blown knees (surgery x4, bilateral ACL reconstructions, and now the damn ortho doc wants to give me one more! -- OK -- my stupididty, blew the right one out again playing, er, uhm, uh...basketball)... I got surgical scars older than most of you!
yesterday the yoga leader mentioned she's noticed I have greatly increased my flexibility! (I usually have the flexibility of a piece of burnt toast -- and break about as easily) |
