It's not quite a quote - it's a sort-of quote from The Silence Of The Lambs, in a particularly disturbing scene in which Buffalo Bill has a girl trapped in a pit in his basement because he wants to skin her. He's got her rubbing lotion on herself to soften her skin up, and at some point he says "It puts the lotion on its skin or else is gets the hose again" and "It puts the lotion in the basket."
