just as an exercise in stretching an idea until it breaks:

-------------------
Bourbon Balls

2 packages of cookie dough. 1 box of tight sealing baggies. 1 bottle of bourbon, your country. 1 cookie sheet with upturned edges. 1 flat undisturbed counterspace. 1 roll of plastic wrap. Place cookie sheet exactly in a flat counterspace that will remain undisturbed for 48 hours. Break off piece of dough to size of thumb, roll into a ball. Repeat until dough has been completely balled. Place balls in cookie sheet, pour bourbon over balls until either bourbon runs over top of cookie sheet, or bottle empties. cover tightly with plastic wrap. Allow sheet to sit undisturbed for 48 hours.

After 48 hours, remove plastic wrap and place balls, (in one layer) inside of sealable plastic baggie. Wrap that sealed plastic baggie in another and repeat until 6-7 baggies enclose oneanother. Refrigerate for 1.5 months. Remove, 1 shot at a time, and enjoy. (Oh did I mention? All that nice yummy sugar content in the cookie dough has now been converted to alcohol. SIgh... what a waste of good sugar no?)

BTW...this is just an exercise of the mind, NOT to be tried at home! ;)
