USN 10 yr sentence, paroled for good behavior.
Fav 2 shifts were 6 hours on 12 hours off, then repeat for 3 months. That while officers were on 24 hour schedule. Subs stink, lack of sunlight or internet causes all sorts of psychosi.
2nd fav one was 12 hours on(day shift), 12 off, 12 on, 48 off, 12 on (night shift now) 12 off, 12 on, 72 hours off. Sounded like a lot of off time, but off time generally spent sleeping trying (and always failing) to reset internal circadian clock.
They said that THAT shift was based on AT&T's tech sched. Never been able to prove or disprove that one.
