then the lights went out in Louisiana. Do you know how little there is for a geek to do without electricity? I kept wandering back to my computer as if it would magically come on by itself and make me happy again. A power company truck went by about 15 minutes ago and life is restored to normal. HOORAY! Things seem to be quieting down so I'm off to go check on my friends and see if anyone needs help or crackers and cheese I bought too much of. You are all da bomb for all your kindness and concern!
