For a few years. While it can sometimes be a little stressful, that is when you take a few minutes, breath and relax. At the help desk that I was stationed in. I normally took several hundred more calls then the next closest to my call volume in my department. That was a great deal of calls. Sometimes they were rough, but my job was to show professionalism to each and every caller. My job was to be nice and care about each problem they experienced. So, I did my job.
