That may be one of the most arrogant comments I have ever heard. You accuse ME of arrogance and then write THAT? Unless you work in my office, and know my nick on this board, you are pontificating from a position of near-total ignorance!

BTW, you'll need help, and so will your management, if any of those co-workers ever finds out about your little tete-a-tetes with management about confidential employee info. That's lawsuit material in the US and a lot of other places!
