...in the winter. ;-) The beaver tails I'm talking about are a little different though. It's kinda like a pancake, sorta, but deep fried (I think). They have shops on the ice on the Rideau Canal in Ottawa that sell them during the winter (obiously). They have a selection of jams and other sweet stuff to put on them and a beaver tail (or three) and a hot chocolate are required munching while skating.
