with the office witches I have to work with. They get testy, and for some reason I get the shaft and I don't even raise my voice. I am sure it is nothing you did, but I do know from meeting you that you can come across cold and bitter at times (hence the name adiplomat right?). I remember rather well when you got upset about some loud music at Johnny Rockets and the poor waiter was just trying to do his song and dance routine :P Maybe this is what folks are interpreting as rude. Not trying to criticize. I apologize if I hurt your feelings.
