  I know of one organization (name withheld) by kahuana 2002-09-29 11:07:33
that had a board meeting where one of the topics was the need to promote women in order to address inequity in the workplace.
What was ironic was that the administrator and all but one manager were women.
The other irony was there were something like 70-some women working and 3 men.

Strange.
