AGAIN WHILE I'M TYPING, sorry bout the caps but dammit I'm trying to watch football, and damn users keep calling me. I wish they'd leave me alone. Damn lazy helpdesk people don't wanna work 24 hours so I gotta take the slack and handle the stupid people calls...uh I can't remember my password...my E-mails broke(translated to mean I can't log on to my account because it's locked out because I forgot my password). And I swear If I get one more call where the person asks "uh you're the computer guys right?" I'm just gunna say no and hang up.
