That's an alias that comes with AOLirc. Other features of AOLirc include:

  • Asks where the user can find warez every 30 seconds
  • Copies any !trigger anyone else uses
  • ONJOIN messages everyone with "Hi! Welcome to $chan! A/S/L?"
  • Posts random bad ASCII art in the middle of any conversation others are having
  • Tells anyone with a 'female sounding nick' to "PM ME"
