If orf is not a Top Level Domain, how could anyone get a response? There isn't a way for DNS to resolve a domain name that doesn't use a TLD is there? Yes, you could have an orf domain on a DNS server. But, that would only affect the people using that server since the domain will not properly propogate, right? Without being able to properly propogate, there is no way for the orf domain to be used globally. If I am wrong, please let me know because I would be very interested in this.
