Ok, Llyr, or anyone else up on their Physics.

Einstein's famous equation E=mC2 is actually incomplete in that it assumes a mass at rest. There is a second part to this equation which adds the additional kinetic energy of a mass in motion

I forgot the equation and will have to wait 'til I get home if one of you can't give it to me.
