They're not as powerful as PC's, but they're more power efficient. This meanshte regular bloke that just checks his email (which mind you, does NOT require a septuple 4.5GHz 64Bit processor machine with 2000 gigs of ram and a 400 terrabyte harddrive) won't have to pay as much in electrical to do it. And Mac's tend to last a bit logner than other brand computers. Other brand computers meaning the likes of comaw or hp or dell or some other piece of junk like that.
