Okay, so I'm not a big gamer or anything...
But my bro's got a Sony PS2 (no... not an IBM PS/2) and he just aquired the Ethernet adapter... well that just plugged into my LAN, DHCP'd an addy & info and worked just like that! VERY elegant. The game he's playing, "SOCOM" seems to be almost identical to Counter Strike and works very well. I'm genuinely impressed with it all.
And on a side note, from listening to him play Grand Theft Auto 3, I've burnt Chatterbox onto an Audio CD and when I have guests in my car, I tell them my stereo can get some really distant radio stations and play it... it's hilarious :)
And on an even more side note, apparently the first line of the description of the GTA3 expansion pack simply says "Lazlo is back"! |
