so..... a certian state is having issues getting it's act together when it comes to their budget... since no dicision has been made yet the history department is not allowing any money to make copies with... so one of my professors decided to put the syllibus online and show it to the class at our first meeting. eventually she did get the computer all pluged it and set up in the projector.but she also sat there for a half an hour trying to access the site with the information..... i understand saveing money... but at the same time, if you are going to use certian meathods to teach or convey information, you should know how to use it.
