Jim Beam distillery limits bathroom breaks by Crash_2006-11-19 12:55:59
To write the company... by Kickstart2002-08-28 15:26:48
Good idea! by plblark 2002-08-28 19:07:09
Here's the text of my letter:
To whom it may concern:

I am writing in reference to the article on CNN's (http://www.cnn.com/2002/US/08/28/bathroom.breaks.ap/index.html) website regarding your bathroom policies.

These policies seem to me to be inhumane and a bit excessive. I understand the need to stay productive, and that some employees abuse break periods. At the same time, I can see no point in punishing the whole for the misdeeds of the few.

I have enjoyed your products in the past, and hope to in the future. I will be following this story closely as I feel unable to support a company that would treat their employees in this way.

In this economy, it seems that companies are enforcing harsher policies and pushing more work on fewer employees. Just remember that these employees enable you to produce your fine product, and their friends, relatives, and neighbors are also your customers.

Thank you for your time, and I hope you reconsider.
