In fact, there's a liquor store a few miles up the road that stocks almost 300 different kinds of beer, mostly American micros and imports.
I have tried such beers as Blackened Voodoo Lager, Red Ass Ale, Goat's Breath Beer, Mississippi Mud, Purgatory Porter, Alimony Ale, Rattlesnake, and Dead Guy Ale. I've also had most of the Sam Adams product line, all of the Pete's Wicked brews, Anchor Steam Beer, Celis White and Grand Cru, Leinenkugel's, Baderbrau, Goose Island, and Big Shoulder, to name but a few.
I'm also lucky enough to live a few miles from a pub with its own microbrewery on the premises... although they have taken the best weiss beer I've ever had and turned it into lo-cal carbonated colored p*sswater... |
