I love it. I won't deny that I hated the stupid "shuffle everything around because our MCSE's have figured out where everything is in the other versions" ploy. And I didn't like the new look. But that can be changed back (I've only gone about halfway, though). But I like locking the QuickLaunch bars and a host of other things. Granted, I've always felt they should have been able to make even 95 do that, but there you go.
